Pass The Olive Oil

A recent article in the Huffington Post revealed that a new study came out linking the consumption of olive oil with lower stroke risk.  Those who consumed olive oil for five years had a 41 percent lower rise of stroke than people who never included olive oil in their foods.  You don’t have to sell me on using olive oil in salads, sauces and baked goods. We love using this healthy fat as well as coconut oil in our purely elizabeth cookie, pancake and muffin mixes.
