Purely Strawberry Tart Recipe

3 cups sliced strawberries
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup dried figs
3 tbsp coconut oil
Slice strawberries and put into large bowl.  Add maple syrup and combine. Set aside.
In a food processor, add granola, dates, figs and coconut oil until well combined and crumbly.  Pour into dish and pat down with hands.  Place in refrigerator to set and allow the coconut oil to harden for about 45 minutes.
Add strawberries to cover crust. Slice into squares and serve with coconut ice cream on top!
