Choco Avocado Smoothie
The chocolate/avocado combination may throw you off at first, but this sweet treat from purely elizabeth ambassador + health counselor, Karla Chin, tastes like a creamy dessert (without the guilt)! To top it all off, Karla calls for hemp seeds. These superfood seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and protein. They are also rich in sulfur, known as the beauty mineral, as well as iron and vitamin E. So drink up!
Ingredients:8 oz of almond milk 1 frozen banana 1/2 cup crushed ice 1/2 an avocado 2 tbsp. raw cacao 2 tbsp. almond butter 2 pcs. of seedless dates 1 tbsp. hemp seeds for topping
