Chia Mud Balls

These are so easy to make and require no cooking.  They are a wonderful way to enjoy power-packed chocolate for Valentine’s Day! 

Paula's Chia Balls

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

1 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup raw honey
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1 tbsp ground chia seed
2 cup purely elizabeth original ancient grain granola

 

Directions:

Mix peanut butter and honey together. Add chia and stir. Put the granola in a large zippered plastic bag and pound it to break up the clumps. Add the granola to the mixture, mixing well. Form balls, and roll in raw cacao powder – amazing!
