March Makeover: Day 18
Remind yourself today of all the great things in your life and of why you should be thankful for everything that you have. Make a list to really put things into perspective – your family, your job, your pet, that great dinner you had last night, your health etc. As the list goes on, you’ll realize that you have a lot of good things going for you and a lot of reasons to be smiling! To remind yourself of this every morning, hang the list or an inspirational quote, such as this one from the Dalai Lama, somewhere where you will see it as you’re getting ready.
