Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

There’s nothing better than warm, fluffy pancakes drizzled with sweet maple syrup to start your weekend off right. Plus, the best thing about these pancakes is that you don’t even have to feel guilty afterwards. They are made with Purely Elizabeth Perfect Pancake mix, a gluten-free blend of 5 whole grain flours + 3 superfood seeds.

Our mix includes:

Millet flour: an ancient grain high in B vitamins

Teff flour: an ancient grain from Ethiopia high in iron and calcium

Buckwheat flour: made from a fruit rich in b vitamins

Flax seed, hemp seed + chia seeds– superfoods providing excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and protein.

To top it all off and really make you swoon. In this recipe, our perfect pancakes are complimented by sauteed cinnamon apples and a dollop of yogurt. You might find yourself having these for breakfast and dessert later : )
