Purely Behind-The-Scenes with Elizabeth

As I write this post, I’m flying across the country to land in San Francisco for our first Winter Fancy Food Show. If you happen to be attending the show, be sure to stop by our booth #2538 for lots of granola samples! We’ve been exhibiting at the natural food shows for the past 3 years now, but Fancy Food is new.  I can’t wait to taste our way through all the specialty foods the west coast has to offer. Be sure to check out our Instagram feed over the next few days for some fun food pics.

This past week, I took an awesome cooking class at the Natural Gourmet Institute. The class was a day long intensive in gluten-free bread making.  I was so excited to learn more about baking all kinds of bread products. Perhaps Purely Breads will be next?!….
