Oatmeal Cinnamon Banana Bread
National Banana Bread Day is this Sunday and since everyone loves banana bread, we thought we’d share our recipe with you!
This is a healthier recipe, made with our incredibly nutrient-rich Original Oatmeal, which in addition to oats, boasts a blend of organic quinoa flakes, Salba® chia seeds, amaranth puffs, hemp seeds and flax seeds. Rather than canola or vegetable oil, we use coconut oil, a good-for-you fat that that actually gets used as energy rather then being stored as fat in the body and we sweeten the bread with coconut sugar, a low-glycemic sweetener.
