Gluten-Free Curried Chickpea Crepes
Light, yet incredibly juicy and flavorful–these crepes are to die for! We used a homemade gluten-free crepe batter and topped them with a Mint Coconut Sauce, pea shoots and scallions. Make extra crepe batter so you can whip up a dessert crepe as well–like this Lemon Blueberry Crepe that we topped with a Coconut Whipped Cream or this Sweet Pea + Ricotta Crepe.
